La Cruderia is an authentic Mexican restaurant that honors the cuisine of the many regions, little towns and corners around Mexico.

Our goal is to deliver home-made flavors that are simple but memorable. A cuisine based on the best and freshest ingredients. Ingredients put together with passion and hard work takes us back to those days when our mom, grandma, aunt or friend would hand us a dish they prepared with their own hands, heart and soul. Simple dishes that looked, smelled and tasted delicious.

Some of our creations are inspired in original, classic recipes around Mexico, while others are inspired in the food we found while traveling around the country and exploring the flavors that make them unique.

These experiences continue to inspire us to get better at what we do, which is cooking and eating delicious Mexican food.
